Born – November 8, 1967, in Shakhty Town (Rostovskaya Oblast’).

1991 – graduated from the V.V. Kuibyshev Far East Polytechnic Institute (Far East Federal University).

Since 1991 – at the Far East geological Institute: from a probationer- researcher to senior researcher, since 2001 – Chief of the Department of International and External Economic Links.

1998 – Master of Science in Geology, Shimane University, Matsue, Japan (Master Course, Japan).

2003 – Thesis for the degree of Candidate of Sciences (Geology and Mineralogy) “Petrogenesis of ignimbrites of the Yakutinskaya volcanic structure (Primorye)”.
